An opportunity has arisen for a Registered Valuer to join a well-established property group operating across property management, body corporate management, and valuation services.

The business is in a strong growth phase, supported by ongoing investment and acquisition activity, and offers a stable, recurring valuation pipeline generated through an established client network.

This role is suited to an experienced valuer looking for autonomy, flexibility, and consistent workflow, without the expectation of sourcing your own pipeline.

The Opportunity

You will work across a range of residential, commercial, and insurance-related valuation work, with a strong focus on Body Corporate insurance valuations.

The position sits alongside a large Body Corporate Management division, which manages a substantial portfolio of multi-unit developments nationally.

Client relationships and workflow are managed by the wider business, allowing the valuer to remain focused on delivery and technical expertise.

This is initially a sole-charge position, with future scope to grow the function over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Insurance valuations for Body Corporate and multi-unit developments
• Residential and commercial valuation work
• Reinstatement and replacement cost assessments
• Delivery of concise, accurate, and timely valuation reports
• Providing technical guidance relating to insurance and valuation requirements
• Maintaining high professional and compliance standards

About You

• Registered Valuer in New Zealand with a current APC
• Experience across residential valuations is essential
• Comfortable working autonomously
