Working across commercial property transactions, the business partners with investors, developers and business owners to deliver tailored funding solutions. The Role

Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll support and manage commercial property lending transactions from initial enquiry through to settlement.

This is a relationship-driven role suited to someone who enjoys commercial conversations, structuring deals and working across multiple stakeholders. You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of transactions including investment, development, refinance and acquisition funding.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing commercial lending transactions end-to-end
  • Working with clients to understand funding requirements and investment goals
  • Assisting with deal structuring and lender submissions
  • Building relationships with banks, non-bank lenders and referral partners
  • Coordinating external stakeholders across transactions
  • Supporting pipeline growth through relationship management and networking
  • Maintaining a high level of service throughout the transaction process

About You

You could currently be in a commercial banking, business banking or property finance environment and looking for something more entrepreneurial, relationship-led and commercially rewarding.

You’ll likely bring:

  • 1–3 years’ experience within banking or commercial finance
  • Exposure to commercial lending, property lending or business banking clients
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • A commercial mindset and genuine interest in property and finance
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
  • High levels of initiative, energy and professionalism
