Position: Data Developer - Power BI/SSIS/SSRS/SSAS

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Developer with experience in Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data development and a passion for using data to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using SSIS to extract, transform, and load data from various sources

- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS to provide insights and support decision making

- Create and maintain data models using SSAS to enable efficient data analysis

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs

- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner

- Stay up-to-date with the latest data technologies and tools, and make recommendations for their implementation within the organization

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data development and business intelligence

- Strong proficiency in Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS

- Experience with SQL Server and data warehousing concepts

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Contract Details:

This is a contract position based in Auckland, New Zealand. The duration of the contract will be 6 months. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team and gain exposure to a variety of industries and data projects.
