About the Role

Reporting to the executive leadership team, you'll help deliver the next phase of a major business transformation programme. Working alongside internal stakeholders and implementation partners, you'll design future-state processes, support the rollout of new systems and drive adoption across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Map current and future-state business processes
• Gather requirements and translate them into practical solutions
• Manage vendor relationships and implementation activities
• Develop a phased systems and technology rollout roadmap
• Lead stakeholder engagement, change management and user adoption

Skills & Experience

• Business analysis experience within construction or project-based environments
• Strong process improvement and systems implementation capability
• Proven stakeholder engagement across executive and operational teams
• Experience delivering transformation or change programmes
• Procore exposure highly regarded
