The Opportunity
As a Performance Reporting Analyst, you'll play an important role in delivering accurate reporting, analysing business performance trends and supporting key decision-making processes.
Working closely with finance and operational teams, you'll help transform data into meaningful insights, ensuring leaders have visibility over performance and key metrics. This position offers a blend of reporting, analysis and stakeholder engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with data while understanding the commercial drivers behind the numbers.
You'll have the opportunity to contribute to reporting enhancements, identify trends and support ongoing business planning activities.

About You
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, and ideally CA or CPA qualified, or studying towards it.
- Experience within reporting, analysis or commercial finance environments
- Strong analytical capability with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator who can explain financial information clearly
- Advanced Excel skills and an interest in working with data
- Experience with reporting tools or business intelligence platforms is advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Produce regular performance reports and management information
- Analyse financial and operational results, highlighting key trends and variances
- Support budgeting, forecasting and planning activities
- Assist with the development and enhancement of reporting processes
- Prepare insights and commentary to support business decision making
- Work alongside stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy and visibility
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across reporting and analytics
