Executive Assistant (Part-Time)
Join a fast-paced established environment where you'll coordinate priorities, streamline communication, and help ensure projects stay on track.
- Flexible part-time role, initially 25–30 hours per week
- Varied position combining project coordination and executive support
- Ideally based in Queenstown, or sounding areas
The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant to provide support across a range of business initiatives and projects.
Working closely with a director in the business, you'll play a key role in coordinating activities, managing priorities, and ensuring actions continue progressing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings and scheduling requirements
- Coordinate actions, deadlines and follow-ups across multiple projects
- Act as a central point of communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain organised records, documentation and correspondence
- Monitor priorities and ensure key tasks remain on track
- Support information flow and communication across various workstreams
- Maintain simple tracking and reporting systems
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Commercially aware with sound judgement
- Confident using Excel, digital calendars, document management systems and AI tools
- Able to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
- Previous experience in project coordination, executive support, administration or a similar role
- Additional hours may become available over time
