Executive Assistant (Part-Time)

  • Flexible part-time role, initially 25–30 hours per week
  • Varied position combining project coordination and executive support
  • Ideally based in Queenstown, or sounding areas

The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant to provide support across a range of business initiatives and projects.

Working closely with a director in the business, you'll play a key role in coordinating activities, managing priorities, and ensuring actions continue progressing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings and scheduling requirements
  • Coordinate actions, deadlines and follow-ups across multiple projects
  • Act as a central point of communication between internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain organised records, documentation and correspondence
  • Monitor priorities and ensure key tasks remain on track
  • Support information flow and communication across various workstreams
  • Maintain simple tracking and reporting systems


About You

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities
  • Commercially aware with sound judgement
  • Confident using Excel, digital calendars, document management systems and AI tools
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
  • Previous experience in project coordination, executive support, administration or a similar role
  • Additional hours may become available over time
