About the role

You'll join a project supporting the transfer of responsibilities between two government organisations. Working with physical records, you'll assess, categorise and document information using a structured process, helping ensure important records are managed accurately and securely. While much of the work follows clear guidance, you'll also apply sound judgement when reviewing more complex files and know when to seek advice from the project team.

What you'll be doing

  • Review and classify physical records using defined processes
  • Assess documents and allocate them to the correct category
  • Record and list information accurately and consistently
  • Escalate unusual or sensitive records when required

Skills & Experience

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Comfortable following structured processes accurately
  • Reliable, professional and able to handle confidential information
